Reggie's Story...
REGGIE IS IN FOSTER IN WHITEHOUSE NJ. PLEASE CONTACT MONICA DIRECTLY AT ENLIGHTENED34@AOL.COM. PLEASE READ REGGIE'S BIO!

This guy..... I can't say enough about him. Prior to us rescuing Reggie, he came from a horrible situation of abuse and neglect. Through all of this, he is still a fun loving and silly guy. Reggie is 9 years old and has been fully vetted. He is house trained as well. He is really waiting for a forever home of his own as he's been in foster for over 3 months now. This little boy has a few quirts but we are working on them. Reggie is a overweight which we are working on too. He's like a little tank in a Shih tzu body. Because of Reggie's abuse and neglect we don't know how he would do around children so a home without children is best. He is EXCELLENT with other dogs and cats. If you feel you are the right person for Reggie, please contact me directly. Reggie's adoption fee is $100.00 and an application is required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reggie, a Phillipsburg Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Phillipsburg, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Phillipsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phillipsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phillipsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phillipsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
