Bronson's Story...
Meet BRONSON! Bronson is a 4 month old, currently 6 pound, neutered male mix breed, found as a stray in South Texas. This little guy is a survivor of parvo and has made a full recovery! He is a well behaved puppy, and deserves the best. He can be a bit shy in the beginning, but once he learns you will be kind to him, is very loving. He has shown no interest in the cats in his foster home. Does great in a crate and is progressing in house training to do his business outside. He is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, is micro-chipped, and comes with a health certificate. Preferred home has a fenced in yard, and no children under 10. Bronson is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted.
Local adopters must meet same requirements as out of state adopters.
Adoption fee is $170, and transport fee to the East coast is $185. Dog may be flown also, if desired, at airline rates. Contact Teresa at teresakopacki@gmail.com for an application or for additional information, or call Michelle at 210-535-5480.

Act quickly to adopt Bronson. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bronson, a Pluckemin Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Pluckemin, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Pluckemin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pluckemin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pluckemin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pluckemin paves the way for another one to be saved.
