Look at that face! Coors is a handsome 10 month old Hound/Lab mix who has spent the past week in a foster home and is now ready for a forever home. Neutered, vaccinated, good with dogs and cats, Coors would make a most welcome addition to your family. Foster mom Laura says, "In the little time we had him we came to find out he's a great boy! With lots of puppy energy. His new owners will need to take him through obedience classes. If they want to train him themselves, they'll need lots of patients because I doubt that he had any training or any social interaction with his previous owners. But he is a fast learner! We taught him to sit and sort of stay, for only a few seconds. With lots of repetition and treats! He will do wonderful. He's leash manners need some serious work. He loves to pull. As for socialization, he does good with big/small dogs. He does like to be the alpha so he could have some issues with bigger dogs who are the alphas of their house. Coors does good with cats as well. He loves to play with them, will chase them but does not want to hurt them. Once he gets in his kennel he barks for about 5-10 minutes and then settles down. Keeps his kennel clean all night! The entire time we had him in our house he did not have an accident! I believe that he'll need an active family that will make him apart of theirs. That will give him lots of exercise and love. That will have the patients to work with his puppy energy. He is such a great boy and will find a loving home. He got a rough start in the beginning but things will change for the better for him. "
