Maria's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Maria's Story...
Maria is such a little trooper! She loves to be held and gets a little lap possessive. Maria prefers the company of humans over dogs. Maria needs daily medication for her severe rheumatoid arthritis. Maria can't walk very far because her front paws are so arthritic, but she loves to ride in a stroller when her foster brother goes for a walk. Maria is working hard on her potty training, and doesn't have any accidents if she is taken outside every 4-6 hours or so. Maria is about 8 years old and has tons of puppy love to give to people. Maria is crate trained and feels safe in her little "house". For more Information on Maria contact her foster at (702) 683-8238.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maria, a Las Vegas Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
