Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tigger is a sweet, playful boy who loves to lay in the sun. He enjoys being pet and lounging on soft things. He loves to romp and climb and be near you. He especially likes wet food and will meow to let you know when it is dinner time.
Tigger is special needs, because he is FIV positive. Despite what you may have heard, FIV is only spread through mating and fighting with bite wounds that penetrate the muscle layer, so it does not spread in domestic homes. FIV positive and non positive cats can groom, share a litter box, share food and water, play, and snuggle with no risk of spreading it. It can not jump the species barrier either, so people and other pets can not get it. He is super healthy and shows no sign of the disease.Tigger need no extra special care other than keeping his vaccines current and making sure he stays inside at all times. He is just like any other cat who deserves a forever home.
Adoption fees will be discussed with serious, qualified adopters.
