Meeko's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Meeko's Story...
Meeko is a cute, sweet, small, female Belgian Malinois. She is either very small for the breed or possibly mixed with with something like Pharaoh Hound. She is about 6 years old and weighs 40 lbs. Meeko is very thin but already doing well on the quality grain free food we feed. We estimate she will be ~55 lbs when carrying full weight. Meeko has not had a lot of training, but walks OK on leash and is very smart & willing to learn. As with most Mali's, she is desperate for a person to bond with and going to be loyal to a fault. Meeko is good with other dogs, but not cats. She was raised by a local senior and has never been around kids. Meeko will be a lovely companion animal for anyone looking for a medium size dog that will bond closely with them. PLEASE NOTE: We MUST have your completed Adoption Application on file BEFORE we arrange a meet & greet. MANDATORY Vet check and fenced yard required. No cats or children under 8 yrs old please. NO calls please, email only. We do not transport, all dogs MUST be picked up in person. Adoption Donation is $120.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Meeko, a Inverness Belgian Malinois dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Malinois for sale in Inverness, or seeking a Belgian Malinois dog from a breeder in Inverness.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inverness already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inverness breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Malinois breeders who help with Belgian Malinois rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inverness paves the way for another one to be saved.
