Navajo's Story...
Navajo was dumped on a side road in Houston. He's a sweet puppy who absolutely LOVES to cuddle. We guess he is a black mouth cur/shpeherd mix of sorts and is a young guy, around 5 months old. Navajo would love a home with another doggie companion to play with.

Apply to adopt Navajo at http://forgottendogs.org/adopt/application/ or contact us at info.5thward@gmail.com for more info - Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Navajo, a Houston Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Houston, or seeking a Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
