United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below.
Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.

A5007195 Doc is a spunky black-and-caramel 10-year-old Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher mix who came into the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray from West Covina. Weighing 9 lbs, Doc is a fabulous little boy who likes to give kisses. He shows signs of housebreaking, seems fine around other dogs, and has a medium energy level. Doc might need a doc because his right eye is slightly closed and irritated, but we don’t know why, so you’ll want to take him for a vet check once you get him home. Doc is a plucky little gentleman who will do well as an indoor pet in any loving environment.
