Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Eliza. She is a 10 month old 8 pound Rat Terrier Mix. She is a funny, puppyish, sweet, very smart little love bug. Eliza loves to play fetch, take walks, give kisses and cuddle. She's potty trained, does great on the leash, and in the car. We have three cats and she does not chase them as we have asked her not to do so. Eliza spends her days playing with our big dog. She would be best with a family who would not be away for long periods. Being a young dog she needs toys and chews to keep her busy. She has great house manners and I leave her alone with our dog for a couple hours without any problems. She is a wonderful, darling little girl.(A $300 adoption donation is required.)
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
