Misty is one of 5 kittens (Chelsea, Pike, Tobin, Misty and Teddy) who are 3-4 months old and were rescued locally. They were starving and hanging around a nice lady's yard. Luckily she was able to catch them and the rest is history! They have been coming along well in their foster home and will need a home willing to continue working on their socialization! These babies are lucky to be alive and now just need a great home to help them thrive.

Misty is one that is working on trusting people still. She enjoys playing when her humans aren't around and does really well with other cats. She's very afraid of dogs at the moment. She sometimes enjoys being pet, and is getting better and better with this. Misty is also still learning what cat toys are and has shown a lot of interest in laser pointers and cat nip.

She absolutely loves to hangout in front of the window and watch the birds and everything else going on outside!

About Survivor Tails Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Survivor Tails Animal Rescue is a 501c3, non-profit, all-volunteer organization that exists to rescue, rehome, and rehabilitate homeless, unwanted, abused, and neglected dogs and cats and place them in loving and responsible forever homes. More than 4 million cats and dogs die each year in animal shelters across the country due to overpopulation issues. That's why we're here. Our mission is twofold: to find these unwanted animals loving homes of their own and to work with communities and like-minded organizations to stop the issue of overpopulation from the top. We don't want to just put a bandage on the issue, we want to prevent animal homelessness from the getgo.
