Cocoa Puff is a handsome boy approx 6yr.
His adoption fee is $75.
He has been vet checked and neutered.
He is great with nice cats. He may adapt to nice dogs but it will take longer for him to adjust.
Cocoa was adopted as a kitten but his mom got sick and is unable to care for him properly anymore.
PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. THEIR MOM DIDN’T TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT BY DUMPING HER BELOVED PETS AT THE KILL SHELTER.
SHE MADE THE EFFORT AND GOT HELP!
Cocoa is a handsome short hair chocolate black
boy with the biggest green eyes.
His comfort zone in foster care is the bedroom. He will immediately snuggle with his people in bed and will expect to share your pillow in a very polite way.
After a couple weeks he has ventured out of the bedroom as long as the dogs are sleeping or away.
If you sit down or lay down, he is there.
He wants and needs his loving, such a sweet,
happy, healthy, quiet boy. He will come to anything you call him or any noise you make. He wants to be close to his people but he is not annoying.
Once completely adjusted in his home, Cocoa will hang out with you on the overstuffed arm of a recliner, poking his nose on you for more pets. When that hand stops petting, he will walk
across your stomach to the other armrest
to be pet by that hand. Haha
He appreciates a treat or two which needs
to be given with equal amounts of interactive playtime to run off the calories. Try dragging
a shoe lace or feather on a stick.
He will be cautious of strangers until he gets to
know them, doesn’t like empty food or water
bowls and will walk you to an empty bowl haha
Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment!
They need a cat tree, laser lite, inside home
