My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Tonto, and I'm a sweet, fun-loving 6-pound white Chihuahua mx who was born about November 2014. I love running around the house and playing with the cats. I know how to fetch the ball when you throw it for me. I'm an obedient little guy who even 'kennels up' at my foster mom's command, even though I would rather run around and play.
Things have not always been so happy and carefree for me as they are now at my foster home. I was dropped off at a dog-grooming salon, and my 'owners' never picked up. They didn't take very good care of me because I was underweight, but my foster mom is helping me gain to my proper weight.
It's not fun being abandoned, and at first I was very frightened when I came to my foster house. It didn't take me long, though, to find out that I am loved and can have lots of fun here, so now I really do like it.
As much as I love my foster mom and friends, I still would like a lifetime home of my very own. Won't you come meet me? I think you'll fall in love with me. I promise to be as loyal to you as TV's Tonto was to the Lone Ranger!
