My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet precious cutie pie Cricket! Cricket was brought into the shelter with her brother Odie because her family lost their home in the Historic Flood. Eventually, the family made the difficult but loving decision to surrender the pair for adoption with the condition that they must be adopted together as they were a strongly bonded pair. (see brother Odie here as well!).

Cricket is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she's sweet as can be. She is very calm and would make the perfect lap dog. She is also excellent with children! Cricket sometimes barks at cats until she gets used to them. She is great on a leash and likes to go on walks. She is kennel trained and likes to share a kennel with her brother Odie. She has never chewed on furniture/shoes/etc.

Cricket would do best in a home with a fenced yard and with someone who has time to give her the attention she needs. When this pair is left alone, they tend to bark a good bit sometimes, so an apartment is probably not a good living situation. She is heartworm negative and has no heath issues! Are you the perfect pet parent for this dynamic duo????

All dogs come with a microchip, annual vaccinations including EBR rabies license and tag, dewormer, vet exam and spay/neuter. Adoption fee is $150-$200.
