Hello, my name is Shasta. I joined the rescue from a local family who wanted more for me.
My foster mom says I am very energetic - I LOVE to run! I don't know if it's the breeze flowing through my hair or the fact that I can beat anyone I'm running with, but I sure do love it.
Because of this, my foster mom thinks a family with a fence is a must! And someone who would enjoy daily walks or runs. She says a tired dog is a good dog, so a fenced in yard will give me the ability to burn off all of my energy and not always have to be on the end of a leash.
I'm also very playful and love toys, I will play with them forever!
I would love a family who would allow me to be out of my kennel. While I will kennel up and do just fine in my kennel, I am a really good girl and don't need to be kenneled. My foster mom allows me free roam of the home and I do wonderfully.
My foster mom says I am a great girl who will be a wonderful addition for a family. I can't wait to find mine!
Could I be the girl for you? I would love to meet you!
