Frodo- Male- Neutered-Special needs Frodo is a scared boy who needs a special adopter. Frodo will need plenty of time for adjustment. Frodos foster will need to screen the potential adopter and give them extensive counseling prior to adoption. Frodo is going to a specialist to see about getting on some medication to help his anxiety. He has been in foster since February of 2016. He is cat selective but gets along with dogs. He is human selective too. Frodo is to go to a home that does NOT have children under the age of 10. He does not like to be in a carrier or confined of any sort (were hoping his medicine will help him with that) so you must be willing to put on his harness and leash. He does ride well in the car.
