My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tanner! He's such a sweetie! He was saved two hours before he was sentenced to die at a high-kill shelter along with his brother Prince. We saw his photograph and just couldn't bear to see such a gorgeous pup die for no reason at all. He's obviously been someone's pup. This boy is divine. His talents are looking adorably worried. His indulgence is chewing on chunky bully sticks and searching for the squeaker in stuffed toys. His passion is being cuddled. Tanner is 8 - 10 months old and he currently weighs 40 pounds. He is crate trained and learning to walk nicely on the leash. Tanner's DNA was done with the Mars Wisdom Panel and the results are that Tanner is a Labrador Retriever/ German Shepherd mix with some cattle dog.
Tanner is in private foster care. In order to make arrangements to visit him, please fill out an application to adopt at our website: TexasAnimalGuardians.org - select the Adopt! tab.
