Facts about Sam

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Meet Sam, a handsome orange and white tabby with stunning green eyes. This guy used to live outdoors, and he seemed very happy. He started losing a dramatic amount of weight and his caregiver took him to the vet. Sam was suffering from a condition that made it difficult for him to eat. He was brought indoors, nursed back to health, and he turned into a total love bug. This guy is Velcro! He purrs and gives kisses, and despite his calm demeanor in the video, he's also a very playful guy. Sam is in a foster home with dogs, kids and cats. But he is not a fan of other cats, so Sam will do best in a home where he is the only cat. During his recovery and healing, it was discovered that Sam suffers from allergies and needs a steroid injection every 6 weeks to keep him from itching. He is on a grain-free diet of wet and dry food and will need to continue eating grain-free.
Sam is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is adult cat...maybe 4+ years old?
If you are looking for a playful, extremely loving lap cat, this may be the guy for you.
For more information please email his foster mom Monica at or call/text her at 920.973.0846, or just visit our website to download an Adoption Application. Sam's adoption fee is $60. He is living in a foster home in the Manitowoc, WI area. He's patiently waiting for someone to love.
