Meet Mabel!! She is about 3 years old and is a very special girl looking for a very special home. She came to us as a rescue transfer where she was having various health issues mostly neurological issues. Everyone had thought that she was a lil deafie but low and behold she proved everyone wrong. She had actually had vaccinosis which was a reaction to one of the vaccines she had received. With the help of a great holistic vet and a great treatment plan she has recovered very nicely. While she has recovered about 80 % she still sometimes acts a lil silly. She may walk in circles or pretend she cannot hear you. It will be a long term issue she will have but she does not seem bothered by it in the least. She runs and plays with other dogs, plays with toys, loves people including kids but she does like to chase cats, it seems more like a fun game to her that she actually doesn't realize why she is chasing them. She needs to be kept on a high end grain free food to keep her tummy in line as she has had a bowel obstruction surgery in the past. She is a very sweet and playful girl but needs someone who will understand that she will not be a perfect, normal dog, she will always be a very super special lil girlie. Her adoption fee of $300 covers her spay, microchip, a vaccine exemption letter due to previous vaccinosis, heartworm test and fecal test. If you are looking to adopt please fill out our online adoption application at www.atlbrescue.org/process.php. Once your application is reviewed and processed our adoption coordinator will contact you. Thanks for looking to adopt a save a life.

About All Those Left Behind Animal Rescue, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Every member of our rescue is a volunteer donating their time and efforts for one main cause, "to rescue all those animals left behind" by their owners or animal controls. We provide any and all veterinary care to each of our rescue animals when they are in our rescue and strive to prevent euthanasia of any animal regardless of breed, age or health concerns.

We take animals into our foster program where they will live, be cared for and rehabbed by one of our approved foster homes. We believe in this environment we are able to notice any issues or concerns that may delay adoptability and have no time limit on how soon they must be adopted. ATLB Animal Rescue knows that each animal is different and that they will be with us until we can find them their forever home.

We survive only by the means of adoption fee's which range from $75 - $500 per animal and donations in order to operate. We do not have paid employees, all donations and adoption fees goes solely for vet care and necessary items for the animals.

We do this so that no animal will be left behind to suffer, be abused or be euthanized. They will get their 2nd chance in life to become the animal that they have the potential to be.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Since we have no shelter facility our adoptables are in foster homes. We will setup a time for a Meet & Greet with the foster home at a specified location and time. We also have adoption events so please check our website at www.atlbrescue.org to check for dates and times. If you are interested in an animal please fill out our adoption application which can be found on our website at www.atlbrescue.org/process.php. Once your application is approved we will contact you to setup a Meet and Greet with the animal.
