Pretty's Story...
Pretty is the perfect companion! She's not too big and not too small- just the right size. Pretty is a quiet lady with a mellow and gentle demeanor. She walks perfect on the leash, loves lap time and pets and, if we do say so ourselves- is pretty darn fashionable! ;-) Pretty would love to go on a walk with you, watch Tv or just chill in the office while you work. We think this lovely lady will fit in well in a variety of different homes. She's that easy-going!

Pretty does well with her kennel mates. If you have a dog at home already, bring them in and we can help you with a meet and greet.

You can visit 8 yr old Pretty at our East Valley shelter in Mesa (2630 W. Rio Salado Pkwy.). Hours are 11-6 Mon-Fri and 11-5 Sat & Sun. November is Adopt a Senior Pet month and what better way to celebrate than by adopting PRETTY! Her $20 adoption fee includes spay, rabies certificate and County license. Pretty- A3839153

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pretty, a Phoenix Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
