Allow me to introduce Bentley and Fritz.  Bentley is the tiger cat, and he is 3 years old.  He is also neutered, microchipped, all shots and front paw declawed.  Fritz is the long haired gold and white cat, front paw declawed, up to date on shots, microchipped, and neutered. He is 12 years old.
They came to me together, they were owner surrendered as the Mom got divorced and had to move had to move in with family and could not take the cats with her.  Both are very friendly and get along well with other cats and dogs.  They are both litter box trained.  They are not bonded.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.  Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bentley, a Livonia Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Livonia, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Livonia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livonia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livonia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livonia paves the way for another one to be saved.
