Hello, my name is Lucky, I am an affectionate, cuddly, white, 30 lb, Jack Russell/Terrier mix. I am house trained, although I need to be watched, I don’t always let my foster mom know I need to go out, although I do follow the house dogs out. I like my crate if there is a comfy blanket or doggie bed and I am there during the day while my foster mom is at work, although at night if I can beat the house dog, I sleep at the foot of the bed, otherwise I sleep on my doggie bed beside the bed. My foster mom says I am a good boy and all I want is to be loved.
I love people and children it doesn’t matter I just know they will give me belly rubs and scratches behind my ears. I do not get along with other dogs, as I want all the attention to be focused on me, I live with 2 house dogs, they are ok but I would prefer to be on my own.. I walk on a leash, as long as it is a harness type, otherwise I can pull. I can be an escape artist and so a fully enclosed secure backyard is best for me, where there are no gaps to get through, I think I am just a curious guy.
I have been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, heart worm checked, treated with Revolution and microchipped. To adopt me the fee is $375.00 and includes my medical records. To meet Lucky go to http://www.animalert.ca and fill out an adoption application
