Rosemarie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Rosemarie's Story...
My name is Rosemarie. I really enjoy being around people and am very devoted to my foster. I am fully housebroken and crate trained. I spend about 6 to 8 hours a day in my crate. I am pretty good at walking on a leash, but I do pull a little. I will respond to voice or leash correction.

I would be good in a forever home as the only dog or in a home with other dogs. I am good around older children. I just love to snuggle and give kisses. I REALLY love my squeaky toys. I do need to exercise a bit when I get out of my crate, but after a little exercise, I just way to lay at your feet, in my bed or may even curl up in your lap!

When I play with my other foster dogs, I can tend to play pretty rough. I only need about 30 minutes of exercise/play time a day.

If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an application on Barktown Dog Rescue and Sanctuary's website: http://www.barktowndogrescue.org/adoption-application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosemarie, a Roswell Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Roswell, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Roswell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Roswell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Roswell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Roswell paves the way for another one to be saved.
