Hello there! My name is Fiona, and the dog with me in one of my photos is my BFF, Baxter. We are a bonded pair and we are looking for a forever home together. I am a 9-year-old petite lab mix who weighs 38 lbs., and Baxter is a Jack Russell terrier mix who weighs 22 lbs. We LOVE playing and exploring together, and we definitely don’t act like seniors—we have a kick to our step and are very playful. Baxter loves to chase me in the yard, and sometimes I chase him as well! We are quite silly together!
We were surrendered by our previous owner when someone in the house was allergic to us. I have been friendly towards all known humans and known dogs. I don’t know that I’ve ever really encountered a cat. Oh, and between you and me, I admittedly like to chase squirrels. But I’ve never really met a dog that didn’t do that—those squirrelly things can really tease a dog!!! One thing I don’t really like is thunder, so I may decide to hide during thunderstorms and wait them out.
In my previous home, I lived for five years as an indoor/outdoor dog—mostly indoors though! I was left alone free in the house for 4-8 hours a day, and I am reportedly housetrained! They say Baxter and I are perfect together—won’t you come see for yourself?
