My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Initial Bio 11-7-16 Say Hello to Frankie. This young, 2 year old yorkie mix weighs just 6 pounds. Happy, energetic Frankie is being fostered in Leesburg, FL.

Frankie's adoption fee for this very young, healthy dog is $475 and includes all vetting (neuter/spay, dental cleaning, immunizations, microchip and chip registration). A Vet reference, personal references, and home visit are required for adoption. You may apply to adopt Frankie by going to our website at www.unitedyorkierescue.org and completing the adoption application located on our home page.

Meet Frankie. This friendly, loving little guy was sadly surrendered by his family when they realized how unhappy he was being left alone for hours and hours each day. They knew he needed someone who was able to be with him more often, maybe have another young friendly dog or two to play with, and perhaps an older kid to be his best buddy and play with him because he has a lot of energy to spare. He would love an active family that would take him places and give him the time and attention this young fellow needs.

He has only been in his foster home a short while but his foster parents already know a few things about him. His tail has not stopped wagging yet, he is such a happy doggie. He is very playful, friendly, and loving. He has given kisses to everyone. He gets along great with the other dogs in the home and only wants to be their friend and play with them. He enjoys the fenced backyard and the great smells out there. He is fine in his crate and his foster parents were told he would sleep in his crate on his doggie bed at night. He did fine in the car in the doggie car seat, once he realized he couldn't sit on his foster mom's lap in the car. His foster parents were also told he is house trained, but not sure about that yet.

Frankie is up to date on all his vaccinations. He is in great health. He only needs to be neutered and then will be ready for his forever home. If you think you could give this young, happy, energetic pup his perfect forever home, please fill out an adoption application for him.
