Charlie's Story...
Charlie is a 1 1/2 year old lab/pit mix. He is good with other dogs but needs a proper intro to them! He loves to play fetch and run the back yard. He is good with kids but I feel will do better with older kids cause he doesn't know his size. He has anxiety and is a kennel escape artist so needs someone who can excercise him. He also needs structure and someone who is more dominant as he becomes territorial of his house. He really needs a good home! Charlie is a big love bug and will try to steal your side of the bed. He knows shake, sit, house, and lay. He is eager to please.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Mesa Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
