Hi, I’m Charlo! I’m a 5 ½ year old blue female Dane with natural ears. I’m a sweet girl looking for the perfect home for me! I’m good with other dogs and have been living with another Dane. I also love going to doggie daycare and playing with my other four-legged friends! I’m good with kids and have been living with three between the ages of 7 and 11. I can be a little protective of new people in my home though and will bark to let my family know. I know all of my basic commands and am housebroken. I’m also crate trained and trustworthy with free roam. I’m not a huge fan of walking on a leash and can be a little frustrated and anxious about being on it, but I would be happy to work on it with you so I can be the best walking buddy!

I think that about covers all of the big important things, but let’s get together to see if we could be meant to be!

About Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue, Inc

About Our Rescue Group...

RMGDRI is a group of volunteers concerned with the welfare of Great Danes. Every day, we save the lives of Great Danes by funding their medical care, advanced surgical treatments, spay/neuters, food and shelter.

As part of our mission, RMGDRI firmly believes that it is our responsibility to do all that we can for every Dane that comes into our haven, into our care.

Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue, Inc. is recognized as a major resource for the welfare of homeless, abandoned and abused companion animals

Our goal is to lower euthanasia rates in our region by:

1. Bringing adoptable pets into our program for medical and social rehabilitation and re-homing.

2. Providing resources to pet owners to encourage their responsibility and commitment to their pets and prevent them from contributing to the homeless pet population.

We want to continue to be a valuable resource to our community. We believe that one person can make the difference in the life of an animal in need, so as an organization, we have more strength to help more animals.
