Newt is a 6 year old 28 lbs. Pug mix. He is a happy friendly guy, but hasn't had much experience with young children, and doesn't know what to think of their quick motions. He walks on a leash and enjoys walks, loves rides and playing with toys. Newt is up to date with his shots, neutered, microchipped, HW- and on flea/HW preventative. If you are interested in more info or want to meet Newt, please 386-236-8529.
This Florida Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) Organization was founded in 2007 due to the need for additional services in our local communities. Our goal is simple and very necessary. We want to help build a world where animal shelters are not needed, where people believe that having pets is a privilege and where animals are treated with respect, kindness and compassion.

Come Meet Our Pets...
Petco 1298 Granada Blvd. Alternating Sundays Hours 11 am - 4 pm Come join us and meet our RHAS foster kids!
Our Adoption Process...
We ask that our adopters make a donation, usually between $150.00 to $250.00, to help offset the medical costs associated with each animal. We have an application form and contract to be filled out and we also require a home visit to make sure the animal to be adopted will fit into the new home. All our animals have been vetted, are up to date on shots, are on heartworm preventive, microchipped, and have been spayed or neutered. At any point, if the new family can no longer care for the animal it is to be returned to us, so we can him or her a new home.
