Jill's Story...
Born September 2014. Approx. 13 lbs. Jill is a two year old Jack Russell Terrier mix. She is a quiet girl who likes other dogs and people. Some might say she is old for her years, but in reality, she just wants an easy going life with lots of love. Jills favorite pastime is to burrow under any blanket, pillowcase, or dog bed she can find. Her head peaks out from her latest hiding place and you can see the joy and contentment in her eyes. Jill's son, Jack, is also available for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jill, a San Leon Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in San Leon, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in San Leon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Leon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Leon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Leon paves the way for another one to be saved.
