HI! I'm Nicky Cat, a precocious 13 week old puppy (when full grown I could be about 40lbs they think)! I am one of 6 puppies that was rescued from a stinky, yucky and scary shelter. I miss my siblings but I now live in a warm, safe house with a loving foster family that includes a big foster doggy brother. The fact that he is 3 times my size doesn't bother me and we have fun playing together. Our favorite game is "steal the toys" ,whoever has the most, wins. So my foster mommy says I need to tell you a little about myself. Well, I am a curious, energetic pit mix. I love people and other doggies. I am pretty good with kids and love them but I am still learning I can't jump and nip them like I did with my puppy siblings. I am working on this thing called "house and crate training" and am doing pretty good but I have had a couple of oops moments. I am also getting the hang of this leash thing and will follow you but will sometimes stop and pull because there are so many new things to see and smell. I LOVE to chew and my foster mommy has had to show me that I have tons of toys to chew on so forgive me if I sometimes mistake a shoe for a toy. Just redirect me to my toy and I will go to town. I love the outdoors except when it is too chilly. However if it is warm I will run around and do what is called zoomies. This is where I run back and forth at top speed! When I am all worn out and sleepy, I love to snuggle up in your arms and have my belly or head scratched. I am still learning but my foster family says I am super smart and pick things up pretty quick. So if I sound like the puppy for you please consider me for adoption! Licks and Wags, Nicky
