This handsome and wise looking old man is Albus Woof-Red Dumbledore. He is a purebred boxer and is estimated at about 9 years old. He is, as you would expect, pretty mellow. He has the classic boxer red coat that is short. He's a dark red down the top of his back and a golden red on his sides. His face is black with some gray that tells his age. He has natural ears and tail.
This nice old man wandered up to a house with kind people. After a search, no owner could be found. So, he found himself in need of a new forever home. He is fairly low energy but still active and spry. He has a pretty short muzzle and makes the funniest noises when he snorts and barks. It's not like the average bark AT ALL. He is gentle and gives nice BIG wet kisses. He enjoys having plenty of food and having a person around to kiss and give pets. He enjoys the company of people and also gets along great with other dogs and cats. He walks very well on a leash. He is just beginning crate training and house training. He doesn't know sit. In fact, he acts as if he hasn't been trained or paid attention to or ever been in a house. He looks at everything in the house in a curious way. He even flinches just a little when I suddenly pet him. As if he's not used to it. But he sure does like it.
He was with a 10 month old child in the home with the nice people and was super well behaved!
Albus will need a forever home with someone who likes sloppy kisses and affection from a wise old man that seems to be quite grateful just to be loved. He is fairly low energy, so leash walks and an occasional run will be fine. He is current on all vaccines and neutered.
