Annabella's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Annabella's Story...
Annabella is a pretty black and tan female German Shepherd who is about 3 years old. She was an outdoor dog previously and didn't get much training. So she is like Dora the Explorer on a leash. She can jump up so is best with older dog savvy children. Annabella is sweet, affectionate and likes to be brushed. She is slightly shy and would prefer owners who have a softer quieter approach with her. She is interested in toys and treats and will blossom with love and care.

If you are interested in meeting/adopting Annabella, please fill out our adoption questionnaire which you can find at http://www.scgsr.org/adoption/aq/.

Annabella is Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and comes with a collar, all included in adoption fee.

If adopting is not a possibility right now, could you join us in saving lives by giving a dog a temporary safe place to live for a week or more? Contact us to find out about fostering. Please refer to our website for contacts www.SCGSR.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annabella, a Walnut Creek German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Walnut Creek, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Walnut Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walnut Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walnut Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walnut Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
