Facts about Rosalie
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
I am already spayed.
"Rosie" (to her friends), is one of a pair of sisters who came to us a while back. Not quite 7 years-old, both girls are extremely friendly and come when called. Rosie in particular likes to be held and will ride around on your shoulders if given the chance. She is a little nervous around some of our other cats and prefers human companions over all. She would be excellent company for someone who is home-bound or for anyone who just wants an affectionate, friendly cat. Rosie and her sister have separate interests and do not need to be adopted together. If you would like more information on Rosie or can't wait for the column about her sister, call Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary at 239-283-9100.

About Our Shelter...
Adopting the unadoptable. Providing abandoned and unwanted pets a second chance.
Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no kill shelter, housing almost 200 healthy cats and kittens, as well as special needs, FIV and FELV cats. They are housed in rooms not cages; waited on by loving volunteers, have toys, TV’s with cat videos and water fountains.
The goal of the shelter is to not only find them homes, but to provide a wonderful home for the cats while they are in our care.
We hope to someday provide an equally loving environment for dogs and other animals when we have a larger facility.
