Bio: Nahla arrived as a family release and is seeking her forever home. She has a lot of energy and needs a home where she can get plenty of exercise. She would do best as an only dog and would enjoy some play time in a fenced back yard. She enjoys kids of all ages, but she sometimes can knock over the smaller ones with her enthusiasm. She is a sweet girl who loves to play ball, chew bones and take walks. She is beginning to learn basic obedience and is house/crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nahla, a Pleasant Plain German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Pleasant Plain, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Pleasant Plain.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pleasant Plain already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pleasant Plain breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pleasant Plain paves the way for another one to be saved.
