Facts about Pepe
Breed: Chihuahua Mix
Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
New Update on Pepe! Pepe was not doing well at the vet, and we were told that he was going to have to be euthanized. Pepe underwent several tests to determine what exactly was wrong with him, and the suspected diagnosis wasn't looking too good. We wanted to wait ONE more day to get a few more test results back, and luckily the next day, we discovered that Pepe has pancreatitis. This disease is treatable and even though he has to take a pill a day for the rest of his life, he is ALIVE!! Pepe is surviving through the generosity of our community who came together to help Pepe through this. SPARC truly believes in waiting "one more day" to see if a sick animal has a breakthrough or extra strength left in them to survive. Miracles DO happen and they happen with your help! Thank you to those who have already donated! We still need more donations to help cover Pepe's extensive emergency medical bill. You can click on the blue donate button on our Facebook Page to donate to Pepe! He will be coming back to SPARC tomorrow evening.
