Jasmine's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jasmine's Story...
My story started when a Veterinary Technologist student/animal rescue volunteer when on vacation to Puerto Vallarta. Lo and behold– a box of kittens was found on their hotel door step. Neither the volunteer nor her associated rescue had the heart to euthanize the kittens, so it was agreed that when old enough the kittens would be sent up to Canada for the volunteer to foster and find forever homes for!

Give me a mouse or a tube to run through and guaranteed I will tire myself out. I like to lick
your face, and nibble on your ears. Like any kitten, you’ll have to remind me that nibbling
and nails are not good for playtime!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Edmonton Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
