Chief's Story...
Meet Chief! Chief is a nine year old puggle mix who is good with kids and other dogs. He is medium energy and loves to play with toys and then lounge on his doggie bed! He is pretty quiet when inside the house but loves to dart around in circles when in the yard. He really enjoys playing with all of his friends...both human and doggie, by fetching balls and frisbees in the yard! Chief is both house and crat trained and goes by the door and sits when he needs to go outside. He is fully vetted, happy and healthy! *Currently available for adoption in Uxbridge, MA*

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chief, a Uxbridge Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Uxbridge, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Uxbridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Uxbridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Uxbridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Uxbridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
