Barlowe was adopted from PCHS nearly a year ago and sadly his owner had to surrendered him because of his need to go overseas. Barlowe has a lovely, calm and friendly personality - he would do well in a new home and adjust quickly. As a kitten he did have what is called a luxating patella which is a fancy word for lose kneecaps, but as an adult, they have stabilized and in no way impairs his mobility and activity. He is a super nice cool cat that loves a sunny window..
