He will be neutered prior to adoption. He is not yet fully potty trained, but we hope that his neuter will help. He gets along with dogs that are not prey driven. Jack is not to be left unattended with any other animals for his safety and theirs. Jack likes being gently held and cuddling on the couch. He does like attention and room to play. Jack is an indoor animal that requires space. Jack is not to be housed outside, in a hutch, nor exclusively in a "rabbit cage." He does enjoy supervised play time in his playpen. Jack requires hay pellets and Timothy hay daily. He also needs chew treats, play toys, and tunnels.

Please be aware that we are not a "first come, first served" rescue. We will choose the best fitting home for Jack. We will provide proof of neuter, proof of veterinarian examination, any/all other vet records under our care, and an information/care guide.

About Little Lives Matter Small Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Little Lives Matter Small Animal Rescue is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization located in Tri-Cities, Washington. Our primary focus is on small animals such as rodents, reptiles, birds, etc.

We want to help our community as much as we can by rescuing small animals, reducing overpopulation, and educating the community on small animal care.

CONTACT US: If you are interested in adopting, surrendering, or fostering please email littlelivesrescue@yahoo.com. If you just adopted or purchased a small animal from another facility and you would like a care guide, please email us and specify what animal type you would like a care guide for.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We attend PetSmart adoption events at the PetSmart on Canal in Kennewick, Washington. We do not do on-site adoptions, but this is an opportunity to see our adoptable pets in order for you to decide if you would like to apply.

Our Adoption Process...

1. Request an adoption application by emailing littlelivesrescue@yahoo.com (multiple page form requiring references, including a vet reference).
2. Home check. We are not a "first-come, first-served" rescue. We choose the best fitting home for that particular animal.
3. If the animal can safely be spayed/neutered, that will be done prior to adoption. Many small animals cannot be safely altered.
4. A signed adoption contract and adoption fee will be required at the time of adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on animal type.
5. A care guide, supply list, and veterinary contact information will be provided to the adopter at or before the time of adoption.
