Noel was trapped in a neighborhood by cat hating people and was sent to the shelter. Her tipped ear showing she'd been spayed saved her life! No one claimed this sweet cat, who must have been loved by someone, and HOPE took her in. She's shy at first but learns to trust once shown love.
