Hiya! I'm 11 pound Watson and I'm sure to make a lasting impression on you. I recently went to the shelter's adoption event at the Farmer's Market and I was very well behaved. I was excellent meeting all types of people. I am an active member of the little dog play groups and get along well with other little dogs. I am housetrained and very playful. I love playing ball even in my kennel. I walk well on leash and would love to show you what a great little gentleman I am. Please come ask for Watson.

About North Bay Canine Rescue & Placement

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of people dedicated to rescuing dogs from crisis situations, some of which include euthanasia by animal shelters, neglect and other forms of abuse, or "free to a good home" ads, which result in dogs being bounced from one home to another, or being acquired by animal brokers ("bunchers") and sold to research laboratories where they are used for testing then discarded ("cruelty industries").

NBCR&P works primarily with 5 herding breeds, and herding breed mixes. On occasion, NBCR&P also rescues and places other breeds. We foster our dogs in a home environment, rather than a kennel, if at all possible. We take pride in our promise that at any time and for any reason in the dog's life, if the need arises, he or she has a safe place with us ("return to rescue" policy).
