Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Dexter! A male, 8-10lb chihuahua. Dexter is 2-3 years old and was found as a stray covered in fleas. He's a very sweet boy that enjoys being a lap dog.
Dexter is currently fostered with several other dogs and gets along with them well. He seems to be slightly frightened of the larger dogs but is more comfortable with the small ones. He's a very devoted little boy who loves his people.
He is non-destructive so he is not crated when his foster mom is gone though he is not 100% house-trained. He still has accidents in the house. This may be partially because he is afraid to go outside with the bigger dogs.
This little boy is a little timid at first and gets to know/trust that you will not harm him. This is typical of many smaller dogs especially chihuahuas.
If you are looking for a little buddy to keep you company, snuggle and adore you, Dexter is your boy!!

All Dogs Unlimited Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all shots, and are given a monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Upon adoption, all vet records and any current medications are provided to the adopter.
THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ADOPTION NOR DOES IT OBLIGATE YOU TO ADOPT. Multiple applications are accepted for any available pet and a home is chosen that is the best match between the available pet and the potential furever family. Your application will be processed as quickly as possible and if approved, a home visit would be scheduled. No adoption is final until an Adoption Agreement is presented and agreed to by both parties.
