You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Hi!  My name is (mama) Nysa!  Nysa, in Greek, means "New Beginnings".

I came to Grand Strand Golden Rescue pregnant and scared.  On October 27th, I gave birth to 11 puppies!  Three females, eight males.

My last puppy, Lil Boss is now available for adoption! LOOK at this little one! He's as sweet as he is handsome! He suffered an injury as a youngster, but the vet has assured us he won't suffer any lasting side effects.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nysa's Puppy Lil Boss, a Murrells Inlet Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Murrells Inlet, or seeking a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Murrells Inlet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Murrells Inlet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Murrells Inlet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Murrells Inlet paves the way for another one to be saved.
