Tippy Toes is 10 years old, 16.8 pounds, and is 12” tall.  This happy, sweet boy has so much to offer his new family. . .

He loves to play with his ball, loves to ride in the car and go for walks and hikes.  He knows his basic commands and is house trained.  Also, can live with cats and has been around 4-H livestock and horses.

Tippy is a little hard of hearing.  He was tested at 40%, but the good news is he knows hand signals so no worries!  He doesn’t mind small children, but his home would be better not to have them because they startle him.  He has had his teeth polished – bonus!

The best family for this medium energy little guy is one who wants a happy loyal companion who will keep them thin and healthy with long walks, who will love them and be their forever friend. And he'll always be close by in case you’re in the mood to throw his ball!

If you would like to meet Tippy or know more about him, please contact Lynn at lynnbonham1@gmail.com or go to our website at www.russellrescueca.com to fill out an adoption application.

About Russell Rescue CA

About Our Rescue Group...

We rescue Jack Russells from shelters who are in danger of being euthanized, Jack Russells who are abandoned and we take in owner surrender Jack Russells or help the families rehome their dogs.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and given any medical treatment needed.

We love the breed. So many are in homes because people saw them and they're really cute. They are a breed of their own and can be too much for some homes. We love them for who they are and help them find homes that fit them.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our dogs are in foster homes. We don't have adoption events. The potential adoptors will communicate with the foster homes to know the dog and be sure it's a good fit for all.
