Guinness's Story...
~:*""*:~ Ready for Adoption ~:*""*:~

Guinness is a high energy young Boston terrier and Boxer mix, that be very expressive about his feelings. He loves playing outside and going to dog parks, he is fantastic with wee ones (children) and loves meeting new people. He loves napping in the sun and anywhere warm and soft. He loves to cuddle! He is housebroken and kennel trained, neutered, and well groomed. He recently had cherry eye corrective surgery 8/10/2016 and has fully recovered. His favorite toy is any stick from any tree. They will keep him entertained for hours. He chooses them above all other toys.

He knows all of the basic commands of sit, stay, lay down, and shake, however he some times ignores them if he is distracted by food or another animal.

Guinness was born 3/5/2015 in Fort Yates, North Dakota upon the Standing Rock Sioux Indian Reservation. He was a wild puppy, and rescued in 06/2015. He prefers to be an inside dog and bores easily outside if he has no playmates with him.

If you would like to meet Guinness, please contact the Giles County Humane Association @ 931-363-5455.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Guinness, a Pulaski Boston Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Boxer for sale in Pulaski, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Pulaski.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pulaski already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pulaski breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pulaski paves the way for another one to be saved.
