Meadow is about 3 years old and was bitten by another dog. She ended up with a very deep laceration that was not taken care of and then ended up at the kill shelter. Because her owners turned her in as a stray, she was automatically put on a stray hold and this further prevented her from getting treatment. We were able to get them to change her hold and gt her out a little early and she was able to get surgery and have a drain put in.. She will also needed to be spayed and unfortunately it was not all done at once but now it is all taken care of and she is ready for a home. she will make a great addition. She is a petite little girl and very smart.
Adoption fee is $300. Adoption fees go back to and cover all of the medical for all of the dogs. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped upon adoption and many have received further treatment for such things as lump removal, severe ear infections, leg injuries, etc..
