Roo's Story...
Roo is a silly and sweet 1 year old Boxer / American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Roo loves to play with other dogs her size. A home without cats is best. Roo is the perfect little size, a 50 pound lap dog! One of her favorite things is to learn - and is she ever good at it! She knows lots of tricks like sit, stay, down, paw, puppy push-ups, bang, and many more. A fenced in yard is a must, she is an active little buddy who loves to go for adventures including walks, hikes, and field trips to Partridge Creek.
To help Roo get acclimated to her new home, the adoption fee includes 1 complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

If you would like to make Roo a forever member of your family please apply on line at Animal Aid Foundation Adoption and Foster Application

The adoption fee is $150 and includes: spay, microchip, vaccines, and 1 in home complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roo, a Rochester Hills American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer for sale in Rochester Hills, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Rochester Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
