Muffin is a very sweet cat, but will only come out when the other animals are not around.
We're looking to rehome our cat, Muffin. We rescued Muffin from below zero temps in Iowa in Feb 2012. She was hiding under a bush in front of our hotel. We took her to a local shelter (they believed her to be about 6 months old), had her fixed and chipped and then adopted her. Being a street cat there was no prior history for us to go on and it has become apparent that she would like to be someone's only pet. She does not care for our other two cats and she definitely does not like our two dogs. She is a very sweet cat, but will only come out when the other animals are not around. She uses the scratching post and she is litter box trained (we have an uncovered box with clumping litter). She is INDOOR ONLY. She does have all her claws, but she's not been outside since we took her in. I realize it may be difficult to find someone who only wants one cat, but we are not in a hurry and Muffin will be safe with us until we find her the perfect human.
Muffin has not been around children so I don't know how she would do with them. She definitely needs to be the only pet.
