Frank's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Frank's Story...
Frank is about 13 weeks old (12.10.16) pointer blend (mom, Madison) and maybe hound blend (dad is unknown). They were born in a cave in Burney CA, now he loves the couch. He would do best in a house with a second dog to play with and show him the ropes. He is potty trained in the house during the day, but could have an accident during the night. He does wear a collar, but have not started leash training. He is fostered in a house with adult cats and does well. Frank does enjoy going outside and chewing on sticks and things like that.

Adoption fee is $200 includes neuter, rabies, micro chip, and four puppy shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frank, a Redding Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer for sale in Redding, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer puppy from a breeder in Redding.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redding already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redding breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redding paves the way for another one to be saved.
