Lennox's Story...
This handsome fellow is Lennox - a nine week old Lab /boxer mix puppy. He is so sweet and loves to play. Since he already weighs close to 20 pounds he will be a large dog when grown. Lennox is currently up to date with his vaccination and worming schedule and is a very healthy puppy. Labradors are a terrific family dog with a lot of energy and they love vigorous exercise. If you are looking for a dog who will take hikes with you, go swimming and play outdoors he is the one for you. They are very playful so have lots of chew toys and train them with positive reinforcement. They are loyal and affectionate dogs and become very attached to their family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lennox, a Bartonsville Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Bartonsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Bartonsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bartonsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bartonsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bartonsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
