Meet the Western Pups! These precious pups were born at Labs and More, and their mom, Western, delivered all 10 babies on her own. She is a leaner built girl with a thin nose and white and cream colored spots on her coat. We believe she is a mix of Collie and maybe LabradorWe believe she is a mix of Collie and maybe Labrador so we think these pups are a mix of Collie, Jack Russell Terrier, Lab or Wire Hair Terrier Mix and maybe Lab. Kelsea is one of the only pups with shiny fur and brown and black markings. She has adorable brown eyebrows with her black spots. She is more like the Lab siblings in the litter with her big feet, longer legs and floppy ears. She is a sweet heart who is more reserved than some of her active brothers. She is playful but also likes her snuggle time. The pups look very much like her with their black and white or golden and white spots. Some have soft fur and some have almost a kinky curl to their coat. Western is about 40 lbs, so we expect pups to be about that size. We are looking for special families who will continue to build them up to be amazing family dogs. They have a had a great start to life in a wonderful and loving foster home where they have been socialized, well fed, played with, and where they have learned some manners. Your work is only starting when you decide what pup to adopt. These cuties will need continued training, socialization, exercise, playtime, mental stimulation, and lots of love and attention. If you think you can put in the time, energy, work, and patience to raise a new puppy, then let's get you set up to adopt your new family member. Kelsea can't wait to meet you!
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. You will find our online adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt, we will discuss how to meet our available dogs. To keep our puppies healthy, we only allow approved applicants to handle puppies at our adoption events. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
